These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital product Study in China Guide offered by Mesa Group Limited ("we", "us", "our") on opakatze.com. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before buying.

Study in China Guide is a digital PDF document of approximately 27 pages. It contains personal guidance based on the author's own experience applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship (type B) and enrolling at Tsinghua University, Beijing. The guide is delivered as a digital download only. No physical product will be sent.

The guide is an independent, personal reference document. It is not an official, certified or accredited advisory service. Scholarship requirements, visa rules, university procedures and application deadlines change regularly. We strongly recommend verifying all information against current official sources before making decisions.

3. Price and payment

The purchase price is €12.99 (euros), inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Airwallex. We accept payment methods made available through Airwallex at the time of checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other options.

The price displayed at checkout is the final amount charged. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; any price change will not affect orders already completed.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation from Airwallex, you will receive access to download the PDF guide. Delivery is electronic and instantaneous under normal circumstances. If you experience any technical issue preventing download, please contact us at hello@opakatze.com within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

5. Licence and permitted use

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, download and use the guide for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Share, redistribute, re-upload or forward the guide to any other person in any format;
• Post, share or make the guide available in group chats, online communities, social media, file-sharing platforms or any other medium;
• Sell, sublicence, rent or commercialise the guide or any part of it;
• Reproduce, translate, adapt or create derivative works based on the guide without our prior written consent.

All intellectual property rights in the guide, including copyright, remain with Mesa Group Limited and the original author. Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer

The guide is provided as a personal account of the author's experience. It is not professional legal, academic, immigration or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or current validity of the information contained in the guide. Application requirements, scholarship criteria and university policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Tsinghua University, the China Scholarship Council, the Chinese Government Scholarship programme or any government authority. Use of the guide is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mesa Group Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the guide, including but not limited to unsuccessful scholarship applications, visa refusals, or any decisions made based on the guide's content.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Consumer rights (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. These Terms do not affect any rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

For digital content purchased online, EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has already been delivered, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. 9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. The current version is always available at opakatze.com/terms.html.
